[General Description]

This technical report specifies the operational　guidelines for terrestrial mobile multimedia broadcasting (the following, referred to as V-Low multimedia broadcasting) by a basic terrestrial broadcasting station with the transmission system based on connected segments that uses the frequency between 99MHz and 108MHz (VHF-Low band).

It is enacted for the purpose of contributing to the smooth operation of the V-Low multimedia broadcasting.
