[General Description]

This technical report describes the latest method of measurement and the simple estimating method of evaluating compliance for radio frequency exposure protection regarding radio stations installed into specified location. The following radio stations are not objected in this report such as mobile radio stations, cellular handy phones, and radio stations set up temporarily in emergency. ARIB Standard “Radio Frequency Protection (RCR STD-T38)” is applied to this report. Therefore, based on the electromagnetic field strength standard, this report also describes the guidelines for contact current, induced current, and supplement standard in case of contact hazard protection or ungrounded condition does not meet the requirement. The method described in this report is applicable to both the general environmental guidelines and the occupational environmental guidelines. In the part 2 of this technical report, a few concrete example of above mentioned guidelines is described.
