[General Description]

This Standard specifies the radio equipment of Ultra High Speed Wireless LAN System which uses the radio frequencies of above 59 GHz and below 66 GHz, and is occupied primarily for the radio communication of data transmission (including the facility connected to the telecommunication system) among the specified low power radio stations defined in the Regulations for Enforcement of the Radio Law Article 6-4-2.

The Ultra High Speed Wireless LAN System consists of the radio equipment which are the base station equipment, the terminal radio equipment, the data terminal equipment and the backbone network (including the facility connected to the telecommunication system), etc.. This Standard specifies the relevant radio equipment.

The Ultra High Speed Wireless LAN System is the system which works for the radio transmission of the digitalized information signal. However, this Standard shall not provide the protocol conditions.
