This technical report describes the program production guidelines of the HDR images in the HLG system which has been specified in the STD-B67 and adopted in the advanced broadband satellite broadcasting system.

This document specifies the definition of the reference white for the HDR program production in the HLG system, the mapping method from SDR to HDR, and the typical signal level.
